I bought a pool kit offline and I tried to put it up with the help of family and friends. It turned out to be very off level and needed to be fixed. I found Chesapeake Pool Solutions online and told them our issue. They made an appointment to be out the very next day to look at the project and give a quote. It was a great price and they said they could have it done in a day or two. They stayed true to their word. The guys that came out were professional and took pride in their work. They took the pool down and perfectly re-leveled the ground. They had the pool back up same day and it looked perfect. They gave me great recommendations for the rock to put around the pool and maintaining the pool in the future. Thank you for the great work! For anyone interested in pool services, from maintenance to full renovation, Keith and his crew at Chesapeake Pool Solutions are a great choice. Keith has been expertly maintaining our pool for the past 25 years, and this year managed a complete pool renovation (coping, tile, plaster, and plumbing repair). Although we were concerned about the scope and cost of the project, Keith walked us through each step, resolved issues promptly as they arose, and kept the cost affordable. He was very responsive to all our questions, as he has been in all the years we’ve worked together. We are thrilled with the result and look forward to another 25 years of family fun around our pool! I have known Keith for a while now, and when it came time to renovate our pool, he was my first and only call. Having seen pictures of his company's work, I knew they were going to do a fantastic job, and they did. His crews were excellent at their crafts, did an amazing job on the coping, tile and plaster, and were all extremely nice men. The entire job was completed, and pool refilled with water with 2 weeks! About a week ago, we used Chesapeake Pool Solutions (CPS) to get a propane pool heater installed. We were cutting it close to Memorial Day and most contractors said that they could not get this job complete until mid-June at the earliest. CPS was referred to us by a co-worker and we're glad that we called! The company was able to provide a quote timely and get the job completed quickly as well. The pricing was transparent and reasonable. Keith and his team were also very responsive throughout the process, which made working with them very convenient. Our pool water is a perfect 80degrees!

Excellent and very professional pool service. The crew arrived as scheduled and began working immediately to close my pool. There was no hesitation or goofing off.
